Couple of years back, a friend of mine got a call from his Delhi friend “Are you coming to Delhi to participate in the Ant-Corruption Movement?” My friend wasn't sure to go to Delhi or not, I was asked to give my opinion. Going by the draft of Lokpal bill, I wasn't in a position to endorse the bill and at the same time I advised my friend to join the movement as an honest tax payer there was deep sense of frustration and anger on the Congress Government.
Though like many, I didn't support the Lokpal bill but supported the Anti-Corruption movement and truly hoped that this unexpected huge accumulation of different levels of Indian middle class against the unprecedented corruption by Congress government would lead to many positive changes.
The movement was initially ignored by the media due to well-known reasons but later they were compelled to cover it even though some people were Unhappy. The media slaves of dynasty were forced to listen to the voice of the people ignoring the diktats of the dynasty. There, I felt that 90% of the battle is won but it got infiltrated with unwanted elements.
You were bound to doubt the nerve when some instances throw some serious questions. The image of Bharath Mata in the background on the stage made some people unhappy, the slogans of Vande Mataram were questioned and the team was in back foot when some untouchable people shared the stage with Anna Hazare. These were very serious questions which made me think, if I have to continue my support to the movement. People who can’t come forward and defend the use of Bharat mata poster and our National song is a shame, and keeping the fuel running would be a betrayal.
Remember the Russia-China rivalry of the 1960’s? Both were Communists but each one felt that their communist shit is better than the other. Remember the corruption attacks Arvind Kejriwal on Salman Kurshid?. I am not saying or suggesting that Arvind Kejriwal is corrupt but inform yourself on his views on the Batla Encounter. Salman Kurshid enlightened us that some sacrosanct tear drops came out from Sonia Gandhi when he has shown the images of Batla House encounter. Fortunately, Arvind Kejriwal doesn't need the Bollywood melodrama for the minority votes, he has done his homework well by attacking BJP whenever he has a chance to poke and taking up issues of corruption and electricity. I guess he wanted to cut the minority votes for Congress as Sheila Dixit regularized illegal colonies which are a good source of minority votes.
In regard to the Batla House encounter, the initial report of NHRC has given a clean chit to the Delhi police but later Genocide Suzie made an entry like an item girl and later it was used by Digvijay Singh, now it is being exploited by Arvind Kejriwal. If you look back at history, this type of modus operandi is well practiced and documented by Socialists and Communists to gather popular support and also get synchronized with minority votes.It is beyond the imaginable incorrigibility that people who have lead the Ant-Corruption movement can strip their conscience to foster support from some section of minority, there are few people in the Indian police like MC Sharma who gave priority to his duty and gave away his life in the process of fighting terrorists when his son was suffering from dengue. No one would have imagined that Arvind Kejriwal would beg for votes by sitting on the grave of martyrs like MC Sharma.
Responding to a question on a television news channel, AAP member Shazia Ilmi said that this movement is not against the Congress and we will take on the BJP if they do not support the Communal Violence Bill. This is what I had to hear to confirm my doubts. So, AAP supports the below things which doesn't appear in their vision document.
- Only Majority group will cause riots.
- Only Minority group will be the victim.
- State Police is Anti-Minority.
- Members belonging to the Majority group are guilty until Proved.
Arvind Kejriwal with his AAP may cut the votes of the opposition in the Delhi assembly elections to get back Congress to power or would surprise many by winning the elections, but one thing is sure that Arvind Kejriwal and his comrades will do no good but definitely add fuel to the desi McCarthyism with the side kick of Left Liberalism.
Until I have a good memory, I will remember Arvind Kejriwal for destroying the anti-corruption movement and backstabbing the aspirations of many honest Indians. I don’t give a damn if a political leader is an IIT graduate or not, it doesn't matter if he/she was in public service or not, I don’t mind if he/she sleeps on a railway platform but one thing does matter, it’s the "Integrity" - which the desi comrades always lacked.
A genuine people’s movement was turned into a group of frenzy minions, later turned into a political party, a political party turned into a dog which tries to appease others with religion and I am yet to see a dog turning into a hyena which wouldn't hesitate to snatch the kill and eat even the carcass.

How short sighted people are? till now AK was best but just one statement about Batla made him a villain. forgetting the basic fundamental change he promises due to Swaraj, decentralization. lokpal, political reforms and transparancy
