Trump's speech signals a change of USA's Pakistan Policy

  • 0
"Civilization begins with distillation". Long before Bharat became the frequent target of invaders from Central Asia, Afghanistan was under the Mauryan Empire where special alcoholic drinks were prepared and exported to the rest of the continent.
Distillation is necessary in some aspects of present day Afghanistan, especially when it comes to approach of United States. Observers of Donald Trump’s speech on Afghanistan and South Asia may categorize it as:
  • Continuing the interventionist policy of USA.
  • No clear policy on withdrawal of troops.
  • Change in stance on Pakistan.
  • Nothing more than rhetoric of American exceptionalism.
The other one, often missed by editorials of American newspapers, is the dilution of post-cold-war attitude of USA towards India with respect to geo politics. For many years after the Cold war, USA has seen India with old lens as India was close to Russia during the Cold war.

Indian Frontier Policy - Tournament of Shadows

"Tournament of Shadows" as many called it was the rivalry of British Empire and Russian Empire in their pursuit to dominate Central Asia.Though history text books seldom mention the "The Great Game" (Tournament of Shadows), as a history lover I felt that it is an interesting topic to ponder over as for over a century, Central Asia still remains a Geo-political-strategic mystery. Tournament of Shadows had similar features like Cold War and doesn't have a precise starting date. The end of this quest to dominate Central Asia was followed by World War 1, World War 2, Start of Cold War, End of Cold War and "War on Terrorism", all the previous event which got mentioned had active participation of Russia and Britain either as an ally or a foe.

Thirty Years' War (1618-1648) which devastated Central Europe culminated with the 1649 Westphalian sovereignty where European powers agreed to respect the sovereignty of their neighbors didn’t transcend into Central Asia and the Indian sub continent. India was a precious territory and European powers were more than enthusiastic to posses India.

When keys are handed over to the new owner of 10 Downing Street, there is an unwritten custom where the predecessor passes on vital verbal advice to his successor - for example "Keep your hands away from Central Asia". Lessons learnt by Soviet Union for their misadventure in Afghanistan are now being taught to America. White House is calculating the number of days left for American soldiers to leave Afghanistan a midst the incomplete goal to destroy Al-Qaeda, unresolved aim to stabilize the democratic government of Afghanistan and unachieved target to confiscate the presence of Taliban in Afghanistan.

India was British Empire's jewelry which it used to flaunt proudly before the world but they were constantly on vigil as they feared that they can lose their precious possession if they cannot contain Russia in Central Asia.

North West frontier of India was dominated by Sikhs, but their decline started with Sino-Sikh war followed by the results of first and second Anglo-Sikh wars, where the British eventually got hold of small but crucial part of Central Asia. John Miller Adye was a British General who served during the Crimean War (fought between Russia and Britain), India's First War of Independence (1857) and he took part in British Empire's progress in India’s North West frontier. General Adye gives an awe-inspiring description of British Empire's policy in India on the North West frontier in his book "Indian Frontier Policy" first published in 1897

Suck Kshetra

“They sing well” – “It’s good to see such shows on TV” – “Such initiatives should be encouraged”. Above are the comments during a discussion about a singing competition on a Colorful TV. This yo-yo colleague of mine, who prefers to call Mumbai as Bombay even though he never lived in Mumbai during the time of ‘Bombay’, has espousing liberal stuff and yada, yada..

I don’t understand if it is just plain dumbness or it is to show off their funky attitude when gasbags talk about promoting bilateral relations and peace with song competitions with a country like Pakistan. The bunkum logic of Indian Activists is well known and it’s quite comprehensible that why most of them act as mentally retarded, but the strange thing to note is the same phenomenon can be seen in idiots who largely comprise left-liberals.

How can a singing competition help peace between India and Pakistan?, How can anyone think that singing competition can control the hatred of religious bigots? How can a singing competition stop the export of Islamic Terrorism? And most importantly the fine-tuned slogan of Aman ki asha. If one understands how our neighboring nation functions, even a 10th standard student will come up with a minimal prudent perception – but the logic, optimism and gimmickry of these people (@ Champions of Peace) beats everyone.
Every drop of blood which was spilled in the 26/11 attacks, the departed souls of our security forces and the innocent people who had to take bullets cries for justice and seeks vengeance. I hang my head in shame when my fellow countrymen are viewed as sacrificial goats and their bravery and tolerance is snubbed.

Strictly restricting myself to the people who endorse such meaningless logic of peace, they are big suckers and no wonder there is a big Suck Kshetra out there and again it’s the common man who will be paying the price for the imports and exports which we will do with our loving neighbor.

Fall in sales of Blackberry in Pakistan

Jailed militant’s hoax calls drove India, Pakistan to brink of war

Islamabad : There is a sharp dip in the demand of Blackberry cell phones in Pakistan. The reason for the sharp decline in the sales is due to hoax call by a terrorist named 'Omar Saeed Sheikh' who made a hoax call to the President Zadari office few days after the 26/11 incident. Its due to his hoax call INDIA-PAK were at the brink of a nuke war.

Omar Saeed Sheikh made a call from his Blackberry cell phone from a Hyderabad Jail where he is held for the chargers of kidnapping WSJ journalist Daniel Pearl. The government was able to track Omar Saeed Sheikh after almost an year with the tremendous help from its Intelligence agency ISI.It is rumored that some ISI officers might be given Nishan-e-Pakistan award for their amazing work.

Under the pressure from INDIA,USA and UK the Zadari government is thinking to ban Blackberry mobiles , X-Box , Play-stations ,Laptops etc... in the prisons where the terrorists are kept.As the news of this ban comes as a shock to all the prisoners they are planning to make a strike in all the jails across pakistan. The strike may have enormous effects as the arms trade business ,Karachi stock exchange etc.. as they are controlled by pakistan terrorists groups, meanwhile the Paksitan human right activists argue that Zadari govt is taking all the fundamental rights of pakistan terrorists and prisoners.

Shockingly there is a allegation by 'Research In Motion' company which manufactures BlackBerry mobiles, the company alleges that the Pakistan Government has a secret deal with NOKIA which has offered N900 sets to all terrorists serving in Paksitan prosons, however the allegation was rubbished by the Government.
