Queen's Kitchen Cabinet and other thoughts

“Let this be stated upfront. Muslims need not be apologetic at all in demanding a law positively biased towards them when it comes to the issue of targeted violence” 

The above quote is by National Advisory Council (NAC) member Farah Naqvi on the Communal Violence Bill (CVB) proposed by the NAC, headed by Sonia Gandhi.

During the pre-emergency and emergency days, Indira Gandhi had close associates and advisers who used to take part in making important decisions over the functioning of the Government, it was called "Kitchen Cabinet". The "Kitchen Cabinet" was accused of favoring a family instead of country. The "Kitchen Cabinet" had ministers, bureaucrats and 'family members'. The family members who are not part of Government took crucial decisions and had to face questions from other quarters. Indira Gandhi's "Kitchen Cabinet" is history. But the foundations for Dynasty politics that were firmly laid continue to go strong even today. It should not come as a surprise that the current Government has its own "Kitchen Cabinet".

The National Advisory Council (NAC) headed by Sonia Gandhi is the "Kitchen Cabinet" of the UPA (or) of the Congress to be precise. There are some differences between the Kitchen Cabinet of the 1970's and the present one.

• Most of the members of the Kitchen Cabinet are not ministers or bureaucrats.
• Kitchen Cabinet does not report to the Prime Minister.
• The 70's Kitchen Cabinet mostly comprised of elected representatives and the current one majorly consists of self-styled social activists.
• The 70's Kitchen Cabinet didn't exist legally, but the current one exists on papers. 

In the film "A Bullet for the General" a rich guy is about to be killed by the poor people of the village with the help of some bandits. A conversation ensues:
Rich guy: "Am I being killed because I am rich?"
Poor guy: "No, it’s because we are poor"

NREGA: 

The National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) is like an elephant in a room. How did the Elephant get into the room? Actually there was never a room in the first place, they got an elephant called NREGA, and then they built a room around it, which is Rural Employment, but NAC didn't predict... Or to put it more appropriately, NAC didn't care to think about what happens when the elephant becomes too big for the room.

Inflation always has its affair with Socialists and Communists and it is the Indian Middle Class that gets punished for it, NREGA which has now become MGNREGA. Prefixing the name of Mahatma Gandhi has, sort of, legitimised the affair between lefties and prolonged the punishment of the middle class. There should be no doubt that NREGA is one of the causes for the Inflation, this fact has been accepted by some members of the Planning Commission. In fact, NREGA has managed to spoil something that it, apparently, intended to improve. It not only increased the inflation but in fact it has destroyed many rural jobs, while indirectly affecting the other sector of rural India. In one sentence I would like say that…

NREGA is a form of legitimate corruption; it robs the honest tax payer at the behest of Leftist policies.

Communal Violence Bill: 
The Communal Violence Bill (CVB) is the mother all draconian laws. The opening quote of this post delineates the attitude of the members of the NAC, and if you read the entire bill, you will come across shocking points, only some of them are mentioned below.

• Only Majority group will cause riots.
• Only Minority group will be the victim.
• State Police is Anti-Minority.
• Members belonging to the Majority group are guilty until Proved.
• Women victims from the majority community are not the equal with the women victims of minority community.

After reading the entire bill, any sane person can come to a conclusion that a bill of this nature is enough to create hostile environment between communities and no hate speeches etc are required. In future people like Farah Naqvi will vehemently preach that it is okay to have a bill which is biased towards a particular religion and totally against another. The plight of Kashmiri Pandits who are driven from their own land and are forced to live as refugees in their own country has never interested the social activists and the same is being repeated in the case of Assam Riots, it’s no secret that the ethnic Bodos are forced to leave their lands and now living in camps.

The Communal Violence Bill proposed by the NAC does not even give the basic rights to Kashmiris and Bodos. Even the normal protocols which were supposed to be followed, while including a bill of this nature aren't followed. The Law Ministry and others quarters didn't come into the picture, it is all managed by the NAC. Without mincing any words, it would be very apt to say that NAC has become a parallel functioning body of the Govt and the Govt is a mute spectator to this disgusting drama that runs along with the corruption scandals.

Right To Education (RTE): 
The Right to Education (RTE) bill is projected to us as if it’s the virgin holy mother and we are smartly fooled that it is going to solve the issue of primary education with the help of the Indian Media. Congress party now has a sacred word 'Right', it breast beats too often, these days, with terms like 'freedom', 'rights', 'transparency' etc. And the word ‘right’ comes handy to give any stupid bill, an air of authenticity.

At least NREGA and CVB screwed things like employment and communal violence respectively, but RTE is even worse, it molests the Primary Education system and will definitely end up destroying the educational structure of the country. Some excerpts of the glorious RTE bill:

• Teachers shall not engage in private tuitions.
• Government teachers cannot have any extra earning apart from the salary paid by the school.
• If a teacher belongs from a particular religious category of school, she has some advantageous.
• If a teacher belongs from another religious category of school and if he/she is found engaging in tuitions, he/she can be fined or can be sent to jail.

I admire these 3 women: Ayn Rand, Agatha Christie and Margaret Thatcher. They exposed feminism; they made their path for themselves without accusing the other gender, unlike in other cases, where men are accused whenever a woman is found incapable. They defined the spirit of a woman and very importantly they took on feminists and their mindless accusations and conclusions. Not surprisingly they are not on the "Good side" according to many feminists.

The protection of women against sexual harassment at the workplace bill:

The protection of women against sexual harassment at the workplace bill is an idiotic bill. The summary of what I can understand from the bill is:

• Men should not be treated equally.
• Aggrieved worker can only be a woman.
• Sexual harassment with men doesn't exist.
• False complaints against men are not a concern.
• Men should take the burden of proving their innocence when a complaint is filed.

Like IPC 498A, even this bill would be grossly misused. Frankly, I feel that there is a good chance of corporate houses feeling that hiring women is risky, as the reputation of the company is at stake, and even if any such complaint is proven to be false, the company would not be allowed to follow up the course of action as NGO's would be engaged to take care of it. Feminists use 'morals'. Hard working women, who want to reach higher places in the corporate world, would understand the counter-effects of this bill.

A corporate cannot take the risk of sexual harassment, as it enormously destroys the credibility of the house to their clients and the only option for the corporates is to minimize the hiring of women employees to higher positions. This bill is a slow poison to hardworking women, it would eventually shatter their career ambitions and they would be restricted to a certain level of hierarchy and colleagues in the team would always be extra cautious while talking, interacting with the female colleagues, which would not only destroy the atmosphere of the team, it would also make the women feel like an outcast in the team, which would lead to the destruction of self-confidence and eventually succumb to an almost helpless situation.

The Marriage Laws Bill:

The marriage bill is a frightening bill, men should be afraid for the obvious reasons and society has many reasons too...After going through the bill and its bizarre provisions, I can summarize that...

• Right to marital property provision cleverly ignores the "equality".
• Wife can contest ‘Irretrievable break-down’ plea by husband. Husband cannot.
•  .. and other provisions which are yet to be clearly understood.

Apart from the usual arguments of 'Breakage of Indian Social structure', 'Family values' etc... I feel that this bill strongly pushes for inequality between a wife and husband. Middle class guys, who are self-made and who see 'Dowry' as a bad thing, now will be forced to think again, because this bill easily smashes down the plans which people make for future, the hard earned property of the parents would be at jeopardy and the scope of mutual bonding is hugely diminished. This would obviously make men ask for high dowries to position themselves safe in the event of a divorce, the air of suspicion will always linger between the couple and the gradual change in the mindset of men who are willing to give their wives the equal authority and rights would now take a different turn.

The toxic combination of Nehruvian Socialism, Communism and Left Liberalism has destroyed the essence of India. They usually support the Leftish crap in whispers and foster the ideas of victim-hood and inequality, attack the 'right' and give cushion support to their comrades to keep their ideology running - The 'Item numbers' of Ram Guha exemplifies this phenomenon.

The ism's of the left are a super failure. In India the Socialism has failed miserably but still runs on populism, the Communists have failed in every front but successfully got infused into the Indian Democracy and Indian Maoism which who have the reputation of blowing schools, butchering innocents, raping women, beheading security men have openly declared the war against the Indian state and rejects democracy has got it supporters from the NGO's and activists. The ism's of the left are a big failure but they are projected to the Indian people as an alternative to the corruption and easily finds a sympathetic cord with the help of Left Liberals, who have good access to Indian Media.

Post Independent India is a Marxist Lab run by the desi comrades, there is no animal testing done here, but it’s just the people of India who paid, who were forced to sacrifice and stripped of their rights for all the experiments done by desi comrades. The hijack of institutions did work for the 50 years, but now due to the rise of the Social Media where their lies are easily exposed, they cleverly shifted their base, they now have even more powers with the command over policy making, foreign policy etc.. and NAC is one of them.

Corny Capitalism is the excuse used by our comrades to suppress free trade and propagate the mindless populist schemes and sometimes these schemes easily fool the Indian people but one thing the right failed to make the Indian people comprehend is that every rupee lost due to corny capitalism can be counted but the money lost due to Socialism cannot be counted, you can count the dead bodies in a free democracy but you cannot trace the even a drop of blood in a communist state and very importantly, you can always argue and fight for your rights but its blasphemy to question yourself under Maoism.

The Gujarat cottage industry which preached lies about the Gujarat riots, who constantly target Narendra Modi is a very lucrative option if you have to earn quick money. The myth of Hindutva terrorism which was born from the imagination of some quarters was vehemently propagated to shield the terrorists from the religion of peace, the conspiracy theories to hijack the 'freedom of speech', the fabricated and manipulated thoughts of 'Idea of India' and talks about controlling 'Internet Freedom' will always be active due to the pseudo-intellectual masturbation of the Left Liberals, they display their fantasies, conspiracies and lies with the help of the corrupt indian media which in turn filled with the same species. The Left Liberal have now encroached into the Indian middle class by fooling them with crap like 'Responsible Individualism', 'Brotherhood', 'Idea of India', 'Money for Greater good' etc..

The Indian Media has demonized Narendra Modi by constantly preaching the lies of Teesta Setelvad & Co, and tried to destroy his political career. Narendra Modi said that the UPA Government is being run by 'Five Star Activists' instead of democratically elected Government, he hit the bull’s eye and he has to prepare to encounter more bunkum from Indian Activists against him, who are actively propagating the conspiracy theories. The Indian media doesn't seem to care if the emporer has clothes or not, they come with 'Blow to Modi' headline very often and when the praise the lackluster speeches of the prince (Prime Minister in waiting) as golden words even though the speeches are very similar like the firangi dubbed adds of TeleBrand shopping where the new product criticizes the old product which was promoted on the same TeleBrand show (I hope you got the pun here).

Indian Maoism in a nutshell

I will not be dignified and would not speak the repercussions in hushed voices, but instead present them with encapsulated alacrity. Nehruvian Socialism achieved its goal of social equality to some extent by making almost everyone poor, the communists hijacked the institutions which are the pillars of our democracy and molested our history, culture and imported the eternal bunkum which comes with Communism, and Maoists butchered the innocents, laid a path and are now trampling over their corpses. The left liberals have successfully camouflaged with the true liberals and have pushed the nation into a corner surrounded by fake victimhood and are in the process of destroying the foundations laid by the constitution.

A bloke, who belongs to the above category, usually comes with a disgusting statement which says "Free Market represents greed" then I would humbly say that "Your ideologies represent enviousness and Jealousy". But one thing which I would say before you consider the lustful and orgasmic perspectives of Left Liberals is that integrity of a desi Left Liberal for his/her commitment towards the nation is like a prostitute swearing on her/his virginity.
