Perhaps the debate of ‘Right to Religious Freedom’ places
the left-liberal intelligentsia in a very comfortable position, the non-rigid
conservative supporters in a difficult position and the rookie liberals
juxtaposed with their own thoughts. Often we see the topic of ‘Religious
Freedom’ termed as a complex issue, it is a simple issue when looked with the
lens of anarchy and it would be a mistake to surmise it as a non-state issue.
Some basic definitions of terms which will be helpful to

Secularism: Secularism is the principle of separation
between government institutions and the persons mandated to represent the State
from religious institutions and religious dignitaries.
Pseudo intellectual: Pretentiously or insincerely
intellectual.
Uniform civil code: A uniform civil code administers the
same set of secular civil laws to govern all people irrespective of their
religion, caste and tribe.
